Summer Camp FAQ

1. What is the age group?
Children aged 5 to 10 years can join the camp.
2. What are the camp timings?
The camp runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Drop-off is available from 8:30 AM. Activities begin at 9:00 AM and pick-up is at 3:00 PM.
3. Are meals included?
Yes, both snacks and lunch are included as part of the daily experience.
Daily menu (subject to change, but will be confirmed at drop-off).
Monday

Lunch: Chicken tenders with basmati rice, apple juice
Snack: Fruit and orange juice

Tuesday

Lunch: Ham & cheese finger sandwich with French fries, orange juice
Snack: Brownie bites and milk

Wednesday

Lunch: Chicken alfredo pasta, apple juice
Snack: fruit and orange juice

Thursday

Lunch: Mini margherita pizza, orange
Snack: oatmeal cookie, milk

Friday

Lunch: chicken burger slider with French fries, apple juice
Snack: fruit and orange juice

4. Are children supervised?
Yes, children are always supervised by trained staff in a safe and structured environment.
5. What should children bring?
Children are encouraged to wear comfortable sportswear, appropriate footwear (closed toed shoes and socks) and a refillable bottle of water. Picky eaters should pack some snacks and please make sure all items are labeled with the child’s name.
6. What happens if I book for a week and my child is unwell?
The days missed will be transferred to the following week, providing there is space to accommodate.
7. My child has an allergy, will there be food and snacks suitable for my child?
On booking, you will be asked if your child has any Allergies or food intolerances, the team will then speak to the caters to ensure there are not conflicting ingredients. All locations will be fully aware. Children with allergies are also encouraged to bring in their own food if appropriate.
8. How do I contact you in case of an emergency?
You can contact any of the 3 play areas, and a message will be shared between the 3 locations

9. What is your safety plan in case there are any further alerts or other emergencies?

All children will be escorted to the lower level or closest car park to seek shelter until a safe alert has been received.

All parents will be contacted and kept up to date of the safety and wellbeing of their Children.

Certified first-aiders are available at all play areas and Yas Mall has on-site paramedics in case of medical emergencies.
