CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The promotion is valid for a limited time from 2 – 15 November 2026.
• Customers must access Darna Rewards through the Live Aldar or Darna Rewards Apps, register or log-in, and link a payment card before shopping.
• A minimum cumulative qualifying spend of AED 5,000 (including VAT) is required across participating boutiques at The Galleria Al Maryah Island and Yas Mall.
• 5% value back in Darna Rewards Points applies at selected Watches & Jewelry retailers and 10% at other selected participating retailers.
• The offer is capped at a total of AED 30,000 in value back per Darna Rewards account holder.
• Points are earned on the purchase amount excluding VAT. No points are earned on the VAT portion.

• Open to all customers with a valid and active Darna Rewards account linked to an eligible Visa or Mastercard linked to their Darna Rewards account at least 6 hours before shopping.
• Participants must be 18 years or older.

1. Access & Register Darna Rewards through the Live Aldar or Darna Rewards Apps.
2. Link an eligible Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit) before you start shopping. It may take up to six (6) hours for a newly linked card to become active. Transactions made during this time may not be captured. Members are advised to allow sufficient activation time and retain receipts for any purchases made during this period.
3. Shop at selected participating boutiques at The Galleria Al Maryah Island and Yas Mall from 2 to 15 November 2026.
4. Make sure purchases are paid with your linked card and recorded in your Darna Rewards account.

• Earn 5% value back in Darna Rewards Points at selected Watches & Jewellery retailers or 10% at other selected participating retailers on qualifying purchases (no points are awarded on VAT).
• Cumulative qualifying spend must meet or exceed AED 5,000 (including VAT) across participating boutiques during the campaign period to unlock value back in points. Individual transactions do not need to meet or exceed AED 5,000.
• Maximum of AED 30,000 worth of points per account during the campaign.
• Points become available for redemption 31 days after the end of the campaign, subject to the stores' return and refund policy.

You can redeem your points through Darna Rewards on the Live Aldar or Darna Rewards Apps in two ways:

1. Convert eligible Darna Rewards Points into an Aldar Gift Card, redeemable across Aldar Retail destinations.
2. Redeem your points through eligible purchases and services within the Darna Rewards ecosystem, in line with the redemption options shown in the Live Aldar or Darna Rewards App (subject to Aldar's terms).

• Only transactions at listed eligible boutiques count.
• Online purchases, gift card purchases, and some excluded categories do not qualify.
• Deposits are not eligible to earn points in this promotion.
• Transactions must be completed successfully and not refunded.
• Transactions completed through payment links are not eligible to earn Darna Rewards Points. To qualify, payments must be made directly at a participating merchant’s point of sale using an eligible payment card linked to the member’s Darna Rewards account at the time of purchase.

• Points remain pending for 31 days after the end of the campaign.
• If no refund occurs within that period, eligible points become available for redemption through Darna Rewards on the Live Aldar and Darna Rewards Apps.

• Aldar may verify eligibility and compliance and can disqualify participants acting in bad faith.
• The campaign may be modified, suspended, or terminated with notice.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• The campaign follows UAE laws and regulations.
• Personal data is processed according to UAE Data Protection Law.
• Aldar reserves the right to update the list of participating stores at any time.
• Availability of products may be subject to stock availability and retailer-specific policies, which are determined solely by the participating retailer.
• Aldar reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.

Aldar’s liability is limited to crediting the correct amount of points.

• Disputes are resolved under Abu Dhabi and UAE federal law.
• Aldar’s decisions regarding the campaign are final.
